Networking at sectoral meetings and consultations

Introduction

There may be little opportunity of formal input by a paper or a speech at sectoral meetings and consultations. Rather, they are good opportunities for informal contacts. In such networking, give careful thought to selecting and making the most fruitful contacts.

Things to do
Here are some things to do when you network at meetings and consultations:

  • Participate in meetings in the educational and development sectors.
  • Observe meetings in the educational and development sectors whenever it is not possible to participate.
